Applications : Typically used when more than one line of product requires to be automatically sorted and palletised.
Operation : Products can be transferred from up to 10 lines, sorted into lanes and automatically palletised into 1, 2 ,3, 4 or 5 pallets. Higher numbers can acheived by using an overhead gantry or floor railed robot. Palletisation is achieved using vacuum and mechanical grippers which lift the product directly onto the correct location on the pallet.

Applications : Typically used where only one line requires automatic palletisation of cases, crates, kegs & shrinkwrap packs.
Operation : Products are transported to the belt control conveyor and into a roller conveyor where product is turned prior to palletisation. Palletisation is achieved through a system of stoppers and pushers on a roller curtain which opens once the layer has been formed.
