    Purpose of the Role

    ·         To support the Quality, Project Management and Engineering department’s activities in the delivery of contractual documents and records to suppliers and clients.

    ·         Review documentation received for completeness and accuracy and store in accordance with Project documentation system.

    ·         To support the QHSE Manager with all Quality Management System (QMS) and KPI administration requirements.

    ·         Support the Quality team with building Manufacturing Record Books (MRB’s).

    Level of Supervision

    ·         Closely supervised and supported by QHSE Manager and Quality Engineers.
    Job Responsibilities

    ·         Update and maintain all project Master Document Registers (MDR’s) and Master Record Book Indexes (MRB’s).

    ·         Ensure all required documents are expedited in a timely manner if not received on time from suppliers or clients.

    ·         Review the documents to ensure all required information is present, correct and legible.

    ·         Escalate to the appropriate person if documentation does not meet requirements.

    ·         File all documents in the correct location (both hard and soft copy files).

    ·         Update and Maintain all Quality KPI’s monthly.

    ·         Support the QHSE Manager with updating and Maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).

    ·         In addition, carry out any other duties that reasonably and naturally fall within your role and which the Company deems you to be capable of.
