We are delighted to share that Simon Wain has been appointed Managing Director of Caley Ocean Systems as John Munro transitions towards retirement.

Simon has been with Caley for 2 years as Project Director and during his time in this role has managed Caley’s biggest project in the Offshore Wind sector. To build on the success of recent years and the continued focus on growing Caley, Simon’s primary focus will be on executing existing projects and securing new work. Simon has great ideas on how to grow on Caley’s recent successes, particularly in the application of the PileProp© system in Wind Foundation Installations.

On the topic of his appointment, Simon comments, “I am delighted to take on the role of Managing Director of Caley and continue with the progress made by John. Over the past couple of years, Caley has been on an upward trajectory following a series of significant contract awards for Hinkley Point C and for 2 major European offshore wind farms. I am excited to lead our teams as we implement and develop innovative solutions to solve the industry’s challenges.”
